1 Definitions

In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context requires otherwise:

• "pak99" or "the Company" refers to the operator of the pak99 platform and website at pak99.org.
• "Player" or "User" means any individual who has registered a pak99 account or is accessing the platform.
• "Platform" means the pak99 website, mobile-optimised interfaces, casino games, sportsbook, and all associated features.
• "Account" means the registered player account held with pak99, including the associated PKR wallet balance.
• "Funds" refers to real PKR deposits held in a player's account wallet.
• "Bonus Funds" means promotional credits awarded by pak99 that are subject to separate wagering requirements.

2 Account Registration

To access real-money games and betting markets on pak99, you must first complete account registration. By registering, you agree that:

• All information provided during registration — including your name, date of birth, and contact details — is accurate, complete, and your own.
• You will maintain the accuracy of your registration details and promptly notify pak99 of any changes.
• Only one account per person is permitted. pak99 uses automated and manual checks to identify duplicate accounts. Any duplicate account discovered will be closed and associated balances may be forfeited.
• You are the sole and exclusive user of your account and will not permit any third party to access or use your account on your behalf.
• You are acting as a principal and not as an agent or representative for any third party.

2.1 Identity Verification (KYC)

pak99 is required to verify the identity of all registered players as part of its compliance obligations. You may be asked to provide a copy of your National Identity Card (CNIC), proof of address, or documentation relating to your payment method. Accounts that fail to complete KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe may have withdrawal functionality restricted until verification is completed.

pak99 reserves the right to request KYC documentation at any stage of the account relationship, including at the point of any withdrawal request, when unusual account activity is detected, or as part of a routine compliance review.

3 Eligibility & Age Restriction

By registering or using the pak99 platform, you confirm that:

• You are at least 21 years of age.
• You are not a resident of any jurisdiction in which online gambling is prohibited by applicable law.
• You are not accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where receiving online gambling services is restricted or prohibited.
• You are not a current employee, contractor, or immediate family member of a pak99 employee or contractor.

Any account found to belong to an individual under the age of 21 will be immediately closed. All funds deposited to that account may be reviewed in accordance with applicable regulatory requirements, and any winnings generated during underage use will be forfeited.

4 Account Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your password and any two-factor authentication codes. pak99 will never ask for your password by email, live chat, telephone, or any other channel. Any such request should be treated as fraudulent and reported immediately.

• You must notify pak99 immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.
• pak99 cannot be held liable for losses arising from unauthorised use of your account where you have failed to maintain appropriate credential security.
• Sharing your account credentials with any third party is a breach of these Terms & Conditions and may result in account suspension.
• pak99 recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA), available in account security settings, to add an additional layer of protection.

5 Deposits

pak99 supports deposits via JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL Bank Transfer, UBL Bank Transfer, Meezan Bank, Raast, 1LINK/IBFT, debit card, credit card, USDT cryptocurrency, and cash over counter. Minimum and maximum deposit limits for each method are displayed in the Cashier section of your account.

• All deposits are processed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) unless otherwise specified for cryptocurrency transactions.
• Deposits must originate from a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are prohibited.
• pak99 reserves the right to request documentation confirming ownership of the payment method used.
• In the event of a chargeback or reversal, pak99 reserves the right to suspend the account pending investigation and to recover any associated losses.
• Deposit funds are typically credited to your pak99 wallet within seconds for mobile wallet methods and within 24 hours for bank transfers. Processing times may vary during high-volume periods.

6 Withdrawals

Withdrawals may be requested through the Cashier section of your account once identity verification has been completed. The following conditions apply to all withdrawal requests:

• Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method previously used to deposit into your account, or to a verified method in your name.
• Bonus funds and winnings derived solely from bonus funds that have not met the applicable wagering requirements cannot be withdrawn.
• pak99 processes most JazzCash and EasyPaisa withdrawals within minutes. Bank transfer withdrawals typically clear within one business day, subject to bank processing times.
• pak99 reserves the right to conduct additional security checks before processing large withdrawal requests, which may extend processing time.
• Requests to withdraw funds to a different payment method than the one used to deposit require additional identity verification.

7 Bonuses & Promotions

pak99 offers various promotional bonuses including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free bets, and seasonal offers tied to events such as the Pakistan Super League (PSL). The following general rules apply to all promotions unless explicitly stated otherwise in the specific offer terms:

• Each promotion is available to eligible players once unless the promotion terms explicitly state it is a recurring offer.
• Bonus funds are credited to a separate bonus wallet and cannot be withdrawn directly. Only winnings generated from bonus fund wagering, once wagering requirements are satisfied, may be transferred to the real money wallet.
• Wagering requirements specify the number of times the bonus amount (or bonus plus deposit, as specified) must be wagered before any associated winnings can be withdrawn. Specific multipliers are stated in each offer's terms.
• Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Slot games typically contribute 100%, while table games and live casino may contribute at a lower rate. Contribution percentages are specified in individual offer terms.
• pak99 reserves the right to withdraw, amend, or cancel any bonus offer at any time. Players who have already accepted an offer and are actively wagering towards its requirements will not be retroactively affected.
• Attempting to exploit bonuses through arbitrage, multi-accounting, or any other prohibited method will result in bonus cancellation and may result in account suspension.

8 Betting & Gaming Rules

The following general rules govern all wagering activity on the pak99 platform. Game-specific rules are published within each game or market.

8.1 Sportsbook

• All sports bets are settled in accordance with the official results as recognised by the relevant governing body (e.g., Pakistan Cricket Board for domestic matches, ICC for international fixtures).
• In the event of a match cancellation, postponement beyond 12 hours, or abandonment, bets will be voided and stakes returned unless stated otherwise in specific market rules.
• Obvious pricing errors — including manifestly incorrect odds — are not binding on pak99. pak99 reserves the right to void bets placed at erroneous prices.
• In-play wagers are accepted subject to live market availability. pak99 does not guarantee continuous in-play coverage of any event.
• Maximum payout limits apply per event and are displayed within the bet slip before bet confirmation.

8.2 Casino Games

• All casino game outcomes are determined by certified random number generators (RNGs) audited by independent third-party testing laboratories. Game RTPs and volatility information are available in the game lobby.
• In the event of a technical failure during a game round (including disconnection, server error, or game malfunction), the round will be resolved based on available server-side data. If a round cannot be resolved, the stake will be returned to the player.
• Minimum and maximum stake limits apply to all casino games and are displayed before play commences.

9 Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the pak99 platform. Engaging in any of these activities may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of balance, and reporting to relevant authorities:

• Registering more than one account, or registering using false identity information.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tool to interact with the platform in place of human play.
• Exploiting any identified software bug, pricing error, or platform vulnerability. Players who discover such issues are required to report them to pak99 support immediately.
• Collusion with other players to manipulate game or betting outcomes.
• Any form of money laundering, including using the platform to process illegally obtained funds.
• Arbitrage betting designed specifically to exploit bonus offers or pricing discrepancies across markets.
• Providing false information to customer support, KYC compliance teams, or any other pak99 department.
• Accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited and attempting to circumvent geo-restrictions.

10 Intellectual Property

All content on the pak99 platform — including but not limited to the pak99 name, logo, website design, game graphics, text content, software, and databases — is the proprietary intellectual property of pak99 or its licensed partners. No element of the platform may be reproduced, copied, distributed, modified, or used commercially without the express written consent of pak99.

Game content provided by third-party game suppliers remains the intellectual property of the respective supplier. pak99 holds valid licenses to distribute such content. Players are granted a limited, non-transferable, non-exclusive licence to access game content for personal entertainment purposes only.

11 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, pak99 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from your use of the platform. This includes, without limitation:

• Loss of winnings due to technical malfunction, disconnection, or service interruption beyond pak99's reasonable control.
• Losses arising from reliance on information displayed on the platform that contains a technical error.
• Delays in deposit or withdrawal processing caused by third-party payment providers including mobile wallet operators or banks.
• Losses resulting from your failure to maintain adequate account security.

pak99 does not guarantee uninterrupted access to the platform and reserves the right to carry out scheduled or emergency maintenance at any time. pak99 will endeavour to provide advance notice of scheduled downtime where reasonably practicable.

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions limits pak99's liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited by applicable law.

12 Responsible Gaming

pak99 provides the following responsible gaming tools to all account holders, accessible directly from the account dashboard:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly maximum deposit amounts. Limit reductions take effect immediately; limit increases are subject to a 48-hour cooling-off period.
• Session Time Reminders: Configure notifications that alert you after a specified period of continuous play.
• Reality Checks: Receive periodic reminders showing your net session win/loss and total session duration.
• Self-Exclusion: Request a temporary or permanent suspension of your account. During a self-exclusion period, your account cannot be accessed or reactivated. Permanent self-exclusion is irreversible.

14 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms & Conditions and any dispute arising from or related to your use of the pak99 platform shall be governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which pak99 holds its international gaming license. pak99 operates as an internationally licensed gaming operator.

In the event of a dispute, players are encouraged to first contact pak99 customer support to seek an informal resolution. pak99 aims to resolve all player complaints within five business days.
